Pizza/Flatbread

Preheat oven to 425º F with a baking sheet inside
Place the flatbread on a piece of aluminum foil lightly sprayed with cooking spray
Spread the light blue cheese dressing evenly over the flatbread as close to the edges as possible
Shred the pork and ham slices by hand and spread to cover the flatbread
Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the meats
Cut the pickle(s) into 1/4" pieces and spread over all other ingredients on flatbread
Mix the light mayonnaise and mustard and place in the corner of a plastic sandwich bag
Snip the very tip of the sandwich bag and pipe the contents in a zigzag pattern over the flatbread
Add fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Take preheated baking sheet out of oven and place prepared flatbread on it (including foil)
Return to oven for 5 to 6 minutes (times will vary according to thickness of your flatbread)
Slice and enjoy!
The light blue cheese adds a nice, yet slight tang to this recipe. You may substitute with any other light but creamy dressing such as parmesan, caesar, or even ranch.
